We are once again partnering with Gertrude Hawk Chocolates for our spring fundraiser! This has historically been our biggest fundraiser of the year. Profit on this sale is about 50% of the catalog prices, and all profits will be going directly to the individual grade level accounts so that teachers have funds available for end-of-year activities. Last year students raised over $8,000!
ALL PAPER ORDER FORMS ARE DUE MONDAY, FEBRUARY 27! Getting orders submitted ON TIME will help ensure that products are delivered and distributed to students before the April break. PLEASE HELP US MEET THIS DEADLINE BY GETTING YOUR ORDER IN ON TIME! (Or early - feel free to send those forms in anytime before February 27th!)
- **KEEP THE PINK (BOTTOM) COPY OF THE ORDER FORM FOR YOUR RECORDS!** You'll need the copy of the order form to deliver the products to your buyers.
- Make sure to completely fill out the information at the top of the order form (student name, organization - HUNTINGTON, grade, and contact phone number).
- Checks should be made payable to Huntington School PTO.
- Enclose the top copies (white and yellow) of the order form and total payment in the envelope provided, seal, and return to school with your student.
You can also place orders online. Go to the Fundraising Parent Portal and click "Start adding a Seller" to create an account. Our organization ID is 708137 (enter this number, then select "Huntington Elementary School, Syracuse, NY"). Online orders can be shipped to school with the group order for free BUT MUST BE SUBMITTED BY FEBRUARY 27th. Online orders to be shipped directly to a home can be placed through March 26, 2023, but shipping fees will apply. Do not include web orders on the paper forms.
