We are once again partnering with Gertrude Hawk Chocolates for our spring fundraiser! This has historically been our biggest fundraiser of the year. Profit on this sale is about 50% of the catalog prices, and all profits will be going directly to the individual grade level accounts so that teachers have funds available for end-of-year activities.
ALL PAPER ORDER FORMS ARE DUE TUESDAY, MARCH 1! THIS IS A FIRM DEADLINE! We all know that shipping times are highly variable right now, so it is extremely important that orders are submitted ON TIME to ensure that products are delivered and distributed to students before the April break. PLEASE HELP US MEET THIS DEADLINE BY GETTING YOUR ORDER IN ON TIME! (Or early - feel free to send those forms in anytime before March 1!)
You can also place orders online. Go to the Fundraising Parent Portal and click "Start adding a Seller" to create an account. Our organization ID is 708137 (enter this number, then select "Huntington Elementary School, Syracuse, NY"). Online orders can be shipped to school with the group order for free BUT MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MARCH 1. Online orders to be shipped directly to a home can be placed through April 3, 2022, but shipping fees will apply. Do not include web orders on the paper forms.

Delivery to school is expected during the week of March 28, so that products can be distributed to students before the April break week.

- **KEEP THE PINK (BOTTOM) COPY OF THE ORDER FORM FOR YOUR RECORDS!** You'll need the copy of the order form to deliver the products to your buyers.
- Make sure to completely fill out the information at the top of the order form (student name, organization - HUNTINGTON, grade, and contact phone number).
- Checks should be made payable to Huntington School PTO.
